Here are our Dispatch & Delivery Policy.
Australia Warehouse Products - ships with in Australia
Shipping and Delivery with in Australia May take 1-4 Business Days. it depends on the service you chose and any local public Holiday. As per postage and courier company policy, deliveries may occur only on weekdays. Shipping and Delivery charges are subject to change and are determined when you order. Estimated delivery time assumes orders are placed before 4:00pm (AED). Orders you place with late on Friday or on Saturday will not be processed until Monday.
Express Postage by Auspost
Express shipping via Australia Post’s Express Post service. Shipping should take 2-3 days in metro areas. Please allow longer if you are in Northern Territory or regional Western Australia.
Courier Post by Star Track/Courier Please/Toll
Courier delivery via Australia Post’s StarTrack Express service. Expect delivery within 1-2 business days in metro areas. Regional Western Australia and Northern Territory customers should allow for extra days for delivery
Standard Postage by Auspost
Expect delivery to take anywhere between 3-6 business days in metro areas. Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery if you are in the Northern Territory or regional Western Australia

Items marked with Next Day Dispatch
The item will be dispatched next business day from our Melbourne based warehouse.
Items marked with 1 – 4 Days Dispatch
The item will be dispatched 1- 4 business day from our Melbourne based warehouse.
Items marked with 7 – 14 Days Dispatch
These are unique items which are hard to source at times so, we need 7 – 14 days for them to be dispatched from our Melbourne based warehouse.
Returns and Replacements
We want you to be completely happy with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return of unused, or defective Product. Broken/Damage merchandise cannot be returned unless defective on arrival ( Please contact us as soon as you got a broken Unit) . Prior to Return, Please Open a RMA Request via My Account section. All Products should be in good condition as when we receive in the warehouse. Wrong Purchase, Wrong item Receive must be returned within 10 days .
All Returned Package should include the RMA packaging slip with information on your order and the reason(s) for return and whether you wish to exchange the item(s) or receive a credit/refund (depending on the original form of payment). Once Return package Delivered to our Warehouse, Please allow 2 to 5 days to process your return. Please read More information on Returns in Warranty Policy.
