Return and Exchange Policy


Return Policy

Our return policy allows for returns within 14 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at customerservice(at)repairmart.com.au. If your return is accepted, it becomes your responsibility to arrange the delivery using a service that provides a signature confirmation and tracking. Deliveries without tracking will not be accepted due to accountability reasons. We will provide you with the return address via email once your return is approved.

Tracking and Signature Service

When sending back your item, ensure you use a delivery service that includes tracking and requires a signature for added security. Please obtain a valid tracking number from your chosen courier and inform us of this tracking number once your return is on its way.

Exchange Request

If you wish to exchange an item, please note that exchanges will not incur a restocking fee. Include a self-addressed prepaid envelope with the return and provide the tracking number for this shipment. Please be aware that if a self-addressed envelope is not provided, a delivery fee will be charged before sending the exchanged item.

Restocking Fee

Please note that a restocking fee of 25% of the sell price of the product will be deducted for returns. This fee does not apply to exchanges.

Return Condition

Please ensure that the item is returned in its original, unused condition with all packaging intact. Damaged items returned will be sent back to you at your expense.

Postage Cost Deduction

For refund requests, the delivery and handling costs will be deducted from the total refund amount. If your original purchase included free delivery, a standard delivery and handling fee of $10 will be applied.

Damages and Issues

Inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items such as perishable goods, custom products, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, sale items, or gift cards cannot be returned.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund approval status. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Please note that processing times by your bank or credit card company may vary.
